Services

We are a team of licensed psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and psychoanalysts in full-time private practice. Collectively, we have many years of experience working with patients from childhood onward in individual psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We also provide medication management, Psychological Testing, Hypnosis, EMDR, DBT, Distress Tolerance, Crisis Interventions, Anger Management Consults, and Mindfulness.

We use a client-centered therapy approach to treat a wide range of conditions including but not limited to:

•Depression and suicidal feelings
•Anxiety disorders
•Self-esteem and self-image problems
•Personality disorders
•Marital and relationship conflicts
•Eating disorders
•Psychotic disorders such as bipolar illness and schizophrenia

Please call and reserve a spot in these groups, as well as have your insurance benefits checked. Cash payments are also accepted.

Vision Boarding Group: Meets Monthly Virtually on Sunday's 10:30 am-11:30 am

Women’s Group: Offered Weekly on Sundays Virtually from 4pm-5pm.

Geared towards women eighteen and older. Topics include, but are not limited to depression, anxiety, goal setting, money management, relationships, roles, personal responsibility, accountability, role as a woman…wife, mother, daughter, and more.

Couples Group: Meets weekly for 10 week intervals Sunday's 6:00pm to 7:pm

Self Injury: Offered Weekly on Wednesday Nights 6pm-7:15pm

Geared towards teenagers with self-image, self-esteem issues. This is a Co-Ed group that helps self injurers, self mutilators, and those who use self harm as a coping skill.   Topics include, but are not limited to, empowering yourself, setting boundaries, understanding and learning coping mechanisms, setting goals, developing social support.

YAYAS: Offered Weekly on Tuesday Nights 6pm-7:15pm

Geared towards young women…girls between the ages of 15-18. Topics of interest include relationships, peer pressure, etiquette, preparing for college, goal setting, appropriate dress-what your clothes say about you, high risk issues, personal responsibility, truth and facts about STD’s, team building on parental issues, and outings.
